<正>本文利用直立板发芽装置测定了50份杉木种子的活力。根据胚根、下胚轴伸出与否以及子叶显现的长度,将直立板上生成的幼苗分为五级。利用直立板发芽测定第20天的各级幼苗数,可以估测不同圃地条件下的田间出苗率和成苗率以及各家系种子的相对遗传活力。

Vigor in 50 Chinese fir seed lots has been tested by seedling vigor classification on vertical plates. Rating criteria of seedling vigor were developed, with which seedlings produced on vertical plates were classified into five classes, each representing a stage of germination progress. Equations were given for predicting field establishment and plant percent in different agroclimatic conditions and for detecting genetic vigor of seed among different families with seedling vigor classes in a 20-day germination period.
