含木素磺酸盐废水处理方法的研究

摘要: <正>“Welltex”是一种以木素磺酸钙为主要成份的木素产品。通过消光系数的测定,归纳出“Welltex”浓度与消光系数的关联式,并对含“Welltex"废水的处理方法进行研究,从而引伸出含木素磺酸盐废水的处理方法。生物处理可使废水中“Welltex”的降解度达50~55%;废水中加入微量A1_2(SO_4)_3除去率可达70%以上;A1~(3+)存在可提高“Welltex”在纸页中的留着率(达83%),使化学耗氧量COD值达到排放标准。

Abstract: "Welltex" is a lignen-product, of which the main constituent is lignosite. The relation equations between the concentration of "Welltex" and extinetion coefficient have been obtained by determining the extinction coefficients. The treatments of lignosulfonate waste have been extended by studing the waste of "Welltex" . The Degree of degradation of the waste of "Welltex" is obtained 50~55% by biological treatment (28 day). By adding a little A12(SO4)3 in the waste. The degree of degradation of "Welltex" obtiamed 70~75%. The existence of Al+++ can improve the retention of the "Welltex" in the paper.As a result, the value of COD can obtain the drain-norm.
