摘要
<正>在干旱、低温、盐(0.4%NaCl)及酸(H_2SO_4 pH3)的胁迫下,经BR预处理的湿地松幼苗均表现不同程度的抗逆效应。幼苗中叶绿素和可溶性蛋白质含量高于对照、电解质渗漏率及MDA含量则低于对照、SOD活性显著提高。MDA含量与SOD活性呈明显的负相关。
Abstract
Brassinolide (BR) pretreatment significantly promoted the increase of superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, as well as the chlorophyll and protein contents, the decrease of malondialdehyde (MDA) content and the electrolyte leakage in seedlings of Pinus elliottii Engelm. treated with drought, low temperature (4-5°C, 12°C), salt(0. 4% NaCl), and acid (H2SO pH 3) stress, respectively. There was an obvious inverse correlation between SOD activity and MDA content. The suitable concentration of BR was 0. 5 or 1 ppm. The experimental results showed that BR could enhance the stress resistance of the seedlings.
