摘要: <正>作者观察了中国鹅掌楸(Liriodendrom chinense(Hemsl.)Sarg.)柱头毛发育中超微结构的变化并对其分泌物作了定性测定。中国鹅掌楸柱头属湿型柱头,柱头毛由柱头近轴面表皮细胞伸长生长而形成,大多数为单细胞,少数为单列二细胞。柱头毛在发育中细胞器的变化与物质分泌存在相关性。早期,片层状分泌物与粗糙内质网有关,嗜锇小颗粒的出现与线粒体密切相关,而此时,质体尚未发育完善。中、后期的脂类分泌与光滑内质网形成、质体内淀粉消解有关。通过定性测定,早期胞外分泌物的糖类、蛋白和脂类都为负反应,而此后仅脂类显示出强烈正反应。

Abstract: The ultrastructure changes of the developmental stigma hairs of Liriodendron chinense (Hem-si. ) Sarg. have been studied with their exudate examined by cytochemical methods. The stigma belongs to the "wet type". The stigmatic hairs develop from the adaxial side of uncuticular epidermal cells which are mostly unicellular in structure. The secretion of stigma is closely related to the or-ganelles of stigmatic hair cell. In the early stages, the laminated layers are related to the rough endo-plasma reticulum, and the osmiophilic granules are related to mitochondria. However, the plastids have not yet fully developed. After the early stages while the tubular type of SER is formed and starch grains in the plastids become degraded, the secretion of lipid droplets begins to appear, The cytochemical analysis of the exudate is shown as follows: It is not possible to stain polysaccharide, proteins and lipids in the exudate of the early stages by using periodic acid-schiff’s reaction, Coomasie Brilliant Blue R-250 and Sudan Black B respectively. Only lipids show strong positive reaction at its later stages.
