摘要

<正>首次报道了马尾松(P.massoniana)染色体银染和G带复合分带的成功,在同一细胞内同时显示出染色体的Ag-NOR和G带。通过计算机扫描,每个染色体的带型清晰。该方法制作简易,效果良好。对植物染色体G带的分带条件等问题进行了初步讨论。

Abstract

The displaying silverstained Ag-NOR and G-Banding technique was first reported in massoniana Lamb. Chromosomal Ag-NOR and G-Band were displayed simultaneously in one cell. G-Bahds were clearly shown with the help of computer-scanning. The technique reported is easy to use with cogent results. Some problems about requirements for G-Banding technique were also discussed.
