摘要

<正>采用蒸煮和多种化学试剂浸泡的方法对榉树(ZelkoveSerrate)木材样品进行软化处理,在国内首次用玻璃刀成功的切出了厚度力0.05μm左右的硬阔叶材切片。电镜观察发现榉木细胞中存在一些特殊的结构。

Abstract

After softening treatment by boilling and soaking the sample in chemical solutions, the ultrathin section of Zelkore serrata was cut at about 500 A thick with a glass cutter. Some particular structures in the cell were observed with TEM. Up to now, no similar reports have been found at home andabroad.
