摘要
<正>低温预干——二次窑干联合干燥窑的性能初步测试结果表明,干燥窑内的气流循环流度分布均匀;二次窑的升温速度较快,经160min,窑内空气温度从16.℃迅速升至91.5℃。充分说明了该系统性能优良,完全能满足低温预干,二次高温干燥的工艺要求。
Abstract
The performance of predrying and conventional drying kiln is reported in this paper. The results show that, in the kiln, air flow velocity has a uniform distribution and temperature under go to a quick rise: from 16. 5℃ to 91. 5℃ within 160 min. This demonstrates that the performance of this drying system is excellent and can well suit the technology of low temperature and conventional-temperature combined drying.
