摘要: <正>通过对长江流域湿地资源及动态的分析,揭示了湿地生态系统在长江流域生态环境稳定性及可持续性方面的重要作用,认为流域内水旱灾害频发与湿地生态系统的破坏密切相关。应该充分发挥湿地生态系统的功能,合理调节水资源的时间、空间分布,充分利用湿地生态系统净化污水能力,改善水资源的数量与质量;同时应把湿地生态系统与森林生态系统、农业生态系统、城市生态系统作为一个整体,充分发挥各系统的功能,建立流域水资源平衡及调控机制。

Abstract: After analyzing the wetland resources and developments in the Changjiang River valley, the paper revealed the important role of the ecological system of wetland in the protection of stability and sustainability of ecological environment there. The authors thought that the Changjiang River valley subject to repeated flood and drought was closely related to the destruction of ecological environment of wetland. People should make the most of the function of ecological environment of wetland, rationally regulate the distribution of time and space of water resources, fully utilize the capability of ecological system of wetland to purify sewage, and improve the quantity and quality of water resources, at the same time to integrity the ecological systems of forestry, agriculture, and urban environment, make full use of the function of each system and establish equilibrium and adjustment mechanism of water resources in the valley.
