摘要: <正>pH值对纤维素酶制备有很大的影响。在纤维素酶生产中以玉米秸杆为底物,若不控制pH值,任其自由发展,虽然最终酶活较高,但产酶时间较长。若用缓冲液控制pH值,最终酶活虽不及不控制pH值的产酶过程,但是产酶时间大大缩短。在产酶过程中,较高pH值有利于纤维素酶酶系中的纤维素二糖酶的诱导,较低的pH值有利于纤维素酶酶系中的C1酶和CX酶的诱导。在发酵罐产酶过程中,宜采用分段控制pH值:第一阶段pH值控制在3.5~4.0之间,第二阶段pH值控制在4.5左右。

Abstract: The pH value of medium strongly influenced the enzyme production from corn stover by Trichoderma reesei Rut C-30.During enzyme production,using corn stover as a substrate,without controlling the pH value,higher filter paper activity was obtained and the fermentation time was long.Using buffer to control the pH value,lower filter paper activity was obtained and the fermentation time was stortened greatly.High pH value was beneficial to -glucosidase production and low pH value was advantageous to endoglucanase and cellobiohydralase production.
