摘要: <正>通过建立刨花板板坯的模拟模型,用计算机程序模拟板坯的成型过程并计算板子的平面密度变异(HDV),分析了影响HDV的几个工艺变量。结果表明,随着板子密度和厚度、原料刨花的密度和厚度的变化,刨花板中的HDV随之改变。合理选择这些因素是提高刨花板密度均匀性、生产性能稳定制品的有效途径。

Abstract: Based on an existed model of flakeboard, the computer program to model the mat formation and calculate the horizontal density variation(HDV)was developed,and the influence of technical factors on HDV was analyzed.The results presented that the density of board and raw material,thickness of board and flake,and the mat porosity had important effects on HDV.Controlling these factors is an effective way to produce flakeboard with high quality and durability.
