摘要

<正>对油盘法采集雾滴、计算机视觉测量雾滴尺寸进行了探索 ,建立了一种基于计算机视觉的雾滴尺寸测量方法。结果表明 ,基于计算机视觉的雾滴尺寸测量系统得到的雾滴尺寸信息非常接近于用PMS的激光图像化方法测量得到的结果 ,得到的小于 1 50 μm的雾滴总体积百分比也很接近 ,同时该系统测量获得的体积中径与喷雾系统公司提供的雾滴尺寸非常接近

Abstract

The sprayed droplets were sampled with oil cell and the droplet sizes were measured by use of computer vision technique. The brand new droplet sizing technique was developed based on the computer vision. In comparison with the results measured by using PMS laser imaging technique, they had very close droplet sizes and the volume percentage of droplets with less than 150 micrometers. In comparison with the data provided by Spraying Systems Co. Ltd, they had almost the same VMD data.
