固氮细菌与杨树的联合固氮作用

摘要: <正>从 2 1个杨树无性系和家系根际分离筛选到具有较高固氮酶活性的 5个菌株 ,分别接种到杨树无性系 NL- 80 1 0 6组培苗根际 ,两个月后测定苗的生长量 ,结果表明接种固氮细菌的组培苗生长均好于对照。植株干重增幅可达 1 7.9%~ 82 .5% ,苗高增幅达 1 1 .8%~ 2 9.6 % ,叶片的含氮量增幅为 3 .7%~ 2 1 .5% ,含磷量增幅为 1 .5%~ 57.0 % ,原位测定苗的固氮酶活性每株每小时为 1 2 .2 5~ 45.81 nmol C2 H4 。 3号和 71号菌株的接种效应最显著 ,苗高、干重、地径、叶片数都达到了极显著的水平 ,71号菌株处理苗的叶绿素含量 ,叶片中 N、P含量最高 ,且其乙炔还原固氮酶活性也较高。说明这些菌株与杨树无性系 NL- 80 1 0 6组培苗具有明显的联合固氮作用 ,同时也改善了磷的供应状况 ,促进了组培苗的生长

Abstract: Five strains with high nitrogenase activity from twenty one Poplar clones and half families were isolated and selected,and then,respectively inoculated to Poplar clone NL 80106 tissue culture seedlings′ rhizosphere.After two months′ survey of seedlings′ growth characters,the result showed that the growth of tissue culture seedling inoculated with nitrogen fixing bacteria are all better than that of the control. The dry weight increased 17.9%~82.5%.The height increased 11.8%~29.6%. Nitrogen content of leaves increased 3.7%~21.5%. The increase of leaves′ phosphorus content ranged from 1.5%~57.0%. Original position surveying showed that nitrogenase activities of seedling were 12.25~45.81 nmol C 2H 4 per seedling in an hour.The inoculating effect of 3rd and 71st strains were the most remarkable. The seedling′s height,dry weight,the ground diameter and number of leave all reached remarkable level, particularly the chlorophyll,nitrogen and phosphorus content of seedling leaves inoculated with 71st strain were all the highest, its acetylene reduction nitrogenase activity was also high. This showed that they have relatively obvious associative nitrogen fixation with tissue culture seedlings of Poplar clone NL 80106, simultaneously improved phosphorus supplies condition and obviously promoted growth of tissue culture seedlings.
