摘要
<正>研究了以乙酰乙酸乙酯为原料合成脱氢醋酸过程中 ,催化剂的种类、用量以及反应时间对产物得率的影响。结果表明 ,当采用碳酸氢钠为催化剂 ,反应物中催化剂的质量分数为0 .2 % ,反应时间为 4h ,产物得率最高 ,达 82 .4%。对所合成的产物通过IR、1 HNMR、1 3CNMR和MS分析 ,表征了其分子结构。
Abstract
Dehydroacetic acid was synthesized from acetacetic ether, and the influent factors of productive rate were investigated.The results indicated that the amount of catalyst(Na 2CO 3 ) was 0.2 g(weight of acetacetic ether was 100 g),and reaction time was 4 hours,the maximum yield of dehydroacetic acid was 82.4%.The structure of dehydroacetic acid was confirmed by IR, 1 HNMR, 13 CNMR and MS.
