摘要: <正>对稻、麦草蒸煮废液在不同pH下的酸沉淀特性(沉淀物的组成及清液的COD等)进行了研究,并对分级沉淀的木质素进行了应用性能分析。结果表明,pH是影响酸沉淀过程的主要因素,pH≥6时,仅有极少量的木质素被沉淀,沉淀物主要为灰分;采取分级沉淀的方法可以得到纯度较高、性能良好的木质素产品。

Abstract: Acid precipitation properties of rice and wheat straw waste liquor under variety pH value(composition of precipitation and COD of waste liquor)were studied in this paper,the properties of lignin graded were analyzed.Results indicate that pH value is the main factor which affects the acid precipitate process.When pH is over 6,only a little precipitator can be obtained,and the main component is ash.So,highpurified lignin obtained has good applied properties by classification.This study can guide the process of acid precipitation and utilization of precipitated alkali lignin.
