松香酯对中性施胶的影响

摘要: <正>在实验室条件下对红橡、柞木、帕利印茄多层实木复合地板涂饰表面分别采用4种方案进行干燥,测定了不同强度紫外线处理下地板漆膜的韧性,从最早开裂时问和裂纹率两方面对漆膜质量进行了分析。结果表明:对红橡而言,宜采用第4种方案;对作木而言。宜采用第2种方案;对帕利印茄而言。宜采用第3种方案。若3种地板采用同一种工艺方案时。宜选用第2种方案。

Abstract: This paper dealt with the relation of the molecular structure of rosinate with the properties of sizing. The impact of the molecular structure and the ratio of functional group of rosinate on the sizing mechanism was inrestigated. The ratio of rosin and rosinate is the important effect factor to the properties of sizing in the rosinate neutral sizes. The best weight ratio is 40%~50%. The effect of sizing is best when the weight of malairosin is 7% through researching the effect of the weight of malairosin on the properties of rosinate neutral size emulsion.
