摘要: <正>城市广场的性质不同。活动内客和活动对象不同。绿化要求也不同,从而影响到广场的绿化率。广场性质是其绿化率指标的决定性因子之一。通过选择具有一定代表性的城市广场。对不同性质广场的绿,匕率指怀道仃了定量分忻。针对已经出台的相关规范、条例和办法中有关城市广场绿化率的指标要求进行对比分析,结合绿化率和功能布局满意度的实地调查结果。探讨了建议指标和作用、绿量补偿、双重评价原则等问题。

Abstract: Bacterial wilt is a destructive disease caused by Ralstonia solanacearum and distributed in many countries of the world. Based on the classification of R. solanacearum, this paper mainly summarized the methods currently used in detecting the bacteria including traditional isolation and culture, immunological and molecular methods. The choice of specific detection methods was also discussed.
