<正>以南京的6个楸树优良单株为父本,以连云港云台山的2个楸树优良单株为母本,进行了楸树人工杂交授粉试蛩并对杂种种买进行了品质分析,结果表明:低温和适度干燥有利干楸树花粉的贮藏保鲜;授粉方法中手持花药轻触雌蕊柱头结实车较高,混水喷雾法结实率太低,实践中不宜采用;杂交种实成熟后其葫果长度和果柄长度存在显著差异,葫果内种子的长度、长宽比、千粒重、饱满率和发芽率也存在显著差异。种子的宽度差异不显著:杂交授粉所结晌种子空粒现象较为严重,饱满粒种子所占的比例仅1.35%~17.89%。发芽率O~14?71%,部分杂交组合所结的种子未能发芽

Abstract

Rice straw was used to make straw carbon and straw vinegar in the self-made carbonization equipment. The effects of carbonization temperature on the yield of straw carbon, straw vinegar and straw gas were discussed. The results showed that with carbonization temperature increasing, the yields of straw carbon and straw gas presented rising trend, while the yield of straw vinegar had declining trend. Composition and properties of the straw carbon were respectively tested using element analyzer and inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry. The results showed that straw carbon was rich in nutritional elements for plants. The contents of C, N, P, K was 3.70 × 103,8.18 × 103, 3.96 × 103, 3. 10 × 104mg/kg respectively. The effects of straw carbon addition on the growth of Chinese cabbage was studied as well. It showed that Chinese cabbage growth increased by 20. 87%, when the addition of straw carbon was 8%of soil total quality.
