速生树种胶合板弯曲弹性性能优化设计

速生树种胶合板弯曲弹性性能优化设计

摘要

从单板压缩率和铺设角度入手,以每层单板厚度为设计变量,单板厚度的加权和最大值为目标函数,同时以胶合板顺纹、横纹抗弯弹性模量和总厚度满足给定设计目标为约束条件,建立了速生树种胶合板弯曲弹性性能优化设计模型。通过改变每层单板的压缩率和铺设角度,对速生杉木胶合板的结构进行了设计,并对优化设计模型进行了验证。结果表明,通过优化设计模型选择的胶合板结构,其顺纹、横纹抗弯弹性模量均能满足设计目标,但横纹抗弯弹性模量的理论值和实验值相对误差较大。

Abstract

According to the veneer compression ratio and arrangement of plies, the optimizing design model of fastgrowing species plywood bend elastic properties was built. The design variable was ply thickness and the object function was the maximum of linear cumulative sum of ply thickness. The restrain conditions were the design goal of plywood modulus of elasticity parallel and perpendicular to the face grain, panel thickness and number of plies. The structure of fastgrowing fir was designed. The optimizing design model was validated by changing veneer compression ratio and arrangement angle. The results from experiments showed that the optimizing design model could be used to design plywood structure. It met the design goal by changing veneer compression ratio and arrangement of plies.
