汽蒸处理对木材横向渗透性的影响

Effect of steaming treatment on transverse permeability of wood

摘要: 分别对针叶树材的杉木和马尾松木材,以及阔叶树材的假水青冈和香椿木材进行汽蒸处理。处理条件为:杉木和马尾松木材的汽蒸温度分别为90、100℃,假水青冈和香椿木材的汽蒸温度分别为70、90℃,处理时间分别为4 h和8 h,并对汽蒸处理前后木材的弦向和径向气体渗透性分别进行了测定。结果表明:汽蒸处理后木材的径向和弦向、心材和边材的渗透性都有不同程度的提高,随着汽蒸处理温度的提高木材气体渗透性有较大提高,汽蒸处理时间对不同木材渗透性的影响有所不同。

Abstract: The softwood of Cunninghamia lanceolata and Pinus massoniana were steamtreated at temperature 90℃ and 100℃. The hard wood of Nothofagus spp.and Toona sinensis were steamtreated at temperature 70℃ and 90℃ for 4 h and 8 h. The radial gas permeability and tangential gas permeability of the steamtreated specimens were compared with those of nonsteamtreated one. The results showed that the data of permeability were improved dramatically. Higher temperature could obviously promote the permeability of wood. The effects of steamtreated time on the permeability was slightly different.
