胶合板湿变形预测模型

Prediction model of the plywood hygroscopic deformation

摘要: 为提高木质复合材料可设计性,根据经典层合理论,建立层合结构木质复合材料湿变形计算模型。以不对称结构的胶合板湿变形为例,考虑到单板压缩率、涂胶量等工艺对单板湿胀系数和弹性性能,以及含水率对单板弹性性能的影响,计算得到翘曲湿变形理论值。同时对不同结构胶合板进行等温增湿实验,并对模型进行验证。结果表明,所建湿变形计算模型能正确判断胶合板翘曲变形方向。

Abstract: To increase the designability of wood composites, the model of laminated wood composite hygroscopic deformation was built based on classical laminated plate theory (CLPT) in this paper. Take asymmetric plywood for example, the theory value of warping hygroscopic deformation was simulated considering the effect of veneer compression ratio and glue spreading on veneer line expansion coefficients and elastic properties, and the effect of moisture content on veneer elastic properties. The model was validated by measuring the warping of different structures plywood, which were treated under in the environment of invariable temperature and increasing humidity. The results showed the model could judge the warping direction of plywood rightly, and calculate hygroscopic deformation quantificationally.
