以马来酸酐(MA)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、膦酸丁烷-1,2,4三羧酸(PBTCA)为单体,水为溶剂,过硫酸钠/次磷酸钠为引发剂,制备了四元聚合缓蚀阻垢剂PMAHP,并通过大量试验确定了最佳制备条件。结果表明:PMAHP质量浓度为20 mg/L时,其对碳酸钙垢和磷酸钙垢阻垢率分别达68.2 %和90.0 %,缓蚀率为56.6 %。红外光谱检测表明PMAHP分子结构含羧基、膦酰基等官能团。
Abstract
A novel scale and corrosion inhibitor PMAHP was synthesized by aqueous quadripolymerization using maleic anhydride (MA), acrylic acid (AA), hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA), and 2phosphonobutane1,2,4tricarboxylic acid (PBTCA) as the raw materials initiated by sodium hypophosphite/sodium persulfate, and the optimal technological conditions were determined. When 20 mg/L of this quadripolymer is used, the scale inhibition rates of CaCO3 and Ca3(PO4)2 are 68.2 % and 90.0 % respectively and corrosion inhibition rate is 56.6 %. The infrared spectrum indicates that PMAHP contains carboxyl, phosphonyl acid groups in its molecular structure.
