摘要

以风信子‘Blue Jacket’、‘Jan Bos’为试材,对水培现蕾后的风信子以10、20、50、100、200 mg/L共5种质量 浓度的水杨酸(SA)进行处理。结果表明:20 mg/L SA对风信子花期、小花直径、叶长、叶面积的效果最佳,不同浓度SA 处理对花葶高度、花葶直径、花序直径、叶宽、小花数、叶片数的影响不显著;20~50 mg/L的SA可提高风信子盛花期的叶 绿素相对含量、可溶性蛋白及可溶性糖含量,降低丙二醛含量,有效延缓风信子的衰老,改善其观赏品质。

Abstract

The two varieties of Hyacinthus ‘Blue Jacket’ and ‘Jan Bos’ were used as materials and treated by 10,20,50,100,200 mg/L SA solution when their flower buds appeared in water culture. The results were as follows:20 mg/L SA was the best concentration for florescence, floret diameter, leaf length and leaf area development. Different concentrations of SA treatments had no significant effect on the scape height, scape diameter, inflorescence diameter, leaf width, floret number and leaf number. The treatment of 20-50 mg/L SA could improve the relative content of chlorophyll, the content of soluble protein,and soluble sugar, but MDA content was reduced at fullbloom stage. The treatment could delay the flower implement aging effectively, improve the ornamental quality of hydroponics in Hyacinthus orientalis.
