哈尔滨市4种阔叶树树干重金属含量动态变化及富集特征

Dynamic variation and accumulation characteristics of heavy metals in four broadleaved tree rings in Harbin city

摘要: 以哈尔滨东北林业大学城市林业示范研究基地黄菠萝、蒙古栎、水曲柳和白桦为研究对象,分析不同阔叶树树干Cu、Zn、Pb、Hg、As、Cd元素的径向含量动态,探讨4树种重金属富集特征。结果表明,除了白桦中Pb、黄菠萝和水曲柳中Hg、白桦中As径向变化分别为单峰曲线和随年代推移略降低外,其他树种重金属含量均在2000—2007年间最高(除了蒙古栎Hg为次高)。黄菠萝树干Cu、Hg,白桦树干Cd、Zn、Pb和As(其中蒙古栎中As含量与其相等)平均含量分别是其余树种树干的1.4~3.3,1.3~2.4倍。土壤树木体系中Hg最易迁移,其次为Cd(除了水曲柳),Cu、Pb、Zn因树种而异,As迁移程度最低。不同树种对同一重金属富集程度不同,蒙古栎和黄菠萝对Hg、蒙古栎和白桦对Cd污染较为严重的土壤富集系数最高,且数值相当。因此,修复Hg、Cd污染土壤的首选树种是蒙古栎。

Abstract: In order to study the traits of the heavy metals enrichment in the Phellodendron amurense, Fraxinus mandshurica, Betula platyphylla, and Quercus mongolica. The dynamic concentrations and accumulation of Cu, Zn, Pb, Hg, As, and Cd in the stems were studied in Northeast Forestry University’s Urban Forestry Demonstration Research Base. The results showed that the concentrations of six heavy metals in the tree rings increased with tree age beside the Pb and As in B. platyphylla, Hg in P. amurense and F. mandshurica. Mean concentrations of Cu and Hg in P. amurense were 1.4-3.3 times than that in the other three trees, and the mean concentrations of Cd, Zn, Pb, and as in B. platyphylla were 1.3-2.4 times than that in other three trees except that As in Q. mongolica, which was equal with that in B. platyphylla. The accumulation ratio of Hg in trees was the highest, then that is Cd(except for in the F. mandshurica), and the accumulation ratio of Cu, Pb, and Zn varied with the tree species, but which of As was the lowest all the tress. Q. mongolica and P. amurense for Hg, Q. mongolica and B. platyphylla for Cd had the largest enrichment compared with the other tree species. Q.mongolica was the most appropriate species for soil phytoremediation contaminated by Hg and Cd.
