可再生资源型企业绿色战略的演进规律研究——以林业企业为例

摘要: 目的 揭示可再生资源型企业各类绿色战略之间的内在演进规律,为企业绿色发展战略决策提供科学依据。方法根据绿色战略和绿色经济理论的发展,运用系统结构与功能分析方法,以林业企业为例分析各类绿色战略的系统结构与运行原理,发掘它们之间内在联系和演进规律。结果 经研究得出起步、成长和成熟3个阶段各类绿色战略及其组织结构战略的演进规律,并建立两个演进模型——起步和成长阶段绿色战略的“粗放—末端治理—资源链闭环”三层演进机理模型和成熟阶段超循环绿色战略的“资源链—生态链—价值链”三级演进机理模型。对此进行系统综合,梳理出可再生资源型企业绿色战略完整的二维演进脉络。结论 绿色战略历经了长期和复杂的演进过程,企业应合理选择渐进式或跨越式的战略发展模式;可再生资源培育是绿色战略实施的难点,应采取以资源养资源、以生态养资源、以价值养资源、以政策养资源和以科技养资源等多管齐下的举措;超循环绿色战略是面向生态文明的战略发展趋势,实施中应以资源链为基础、生态链为支撑、价值链为动力,建立起三链融合机制。

Abstract:

【Objective】 The inherent evolution rule of various categories of green strategies for renewable resource-based enterprises is revealed to provide a scientific basis for strategic decision making in enterprise green development. 【Method】 The system structures and operational principles of various green strategies are analyzed by considering forestry enterprises as a case. Thus, their inherent relationships and evolution rules are discovered according to the theoretical development of green strategy and green economy and the methods used for a system structure and function analysis. 【Result】 The evolution rules of various green strategies and their organizational structure strategies in the three stages are obtained. Two evolutionary models are established: “extensiveness, terminal treatment, and resources-chain closed-loop” triple-layer evolutionary mechanism model of green strategies in the starting and growth stages, and “resources-chain, eco-chain, and value-chain” triple-layer evolutionary mechanism model of hypercycle green strategy in the mature stage. These results are obtained systematically so that the whole two-dimensional evolution venation of green strategies of renewable-resource-based enterprises is found and neatened. 【Conclusion】 Based on the above research, the following conclusions and suggestions are proposed. The green strategy has been developing through a long and complicated evolution process. An enterprise should select a reasonably gradual or leap-type strategic development pattern. Renewable resource cultivation is difficult when implementing a green strategy. Therefore, a combination of measures such as renewable resources, ecosystems, value driving, policy and science and technology should be adopted to support renewable resource cultivation. The hypercycle green strategy is a strategic development oriented towards ecological civilization. In its implementation, a fusion mechanism of three chains should be established by making the resources chain a foundation, the eco-chain a support, and the value chain an impetus.
