摘要

【目的】桂花(Osmanthus fragrans)是中国十大传统名花之一,四季常绿,花香浓郁,广泛应用于园林绿化。桂花优良品种的选育对促进桂花产业发展有重要意义。【方法】从桂花实生苗中选育获得彩叶单株,对其无性系后代进行DUS测试。【结果】选育出的彩叶桂新品种‘南林彩云’(O. fragrans ‘Nanlin Caiyun’)叶色变化明显,幼叶由初期的暗紫色逐渐变为粉红色,成型叶为黄绿色,嫩枝暗紫色。【结论】通过DUS 测试,显示其性状具有特异性、一致性、稳定性,获得植物新品种权证书。‘南林彩云’色叶观赏期长,具有很高的观赏价值。

Abstract

【Objective】 Osmanthus fragrans, one of the ten traditional Chinese famous flowers, is widely used in landscaping as it is evergreen all the year round and rich in fragrance. The breeding of new cultivars is of great significance in promoting the development of Osmanthus fragrans industry. 【Method】 Seedlings were employed as breeding materials, and the DUS test was performed on the clone progenies of the specific single plant. 【Result】 The leaves color of the new cultivar ‘Nanlin Caiyun’ changed obviously, the young leaves gradually changed from dark purple to pink, the formed leaves were yellow-green, and the young shoots were dark purple. 【Conclusion】 The DUS test results showed that ‘Nanlin Caiyun’ plants had got certain common characteristics in distinctness, uniformity and stability, and thus the plant variety-rights certificate was obtained. ‘Nanlin Caiyun’ has a high ornamental value for its long color-leaf ornamental period.
