6种杀虫剂对无患子两种主要害虫(台湾洒灰蝶和铃斑翅夜蛾)的室内毒力测定及田间药效评价

6种杀虫剂对无患子两种主要害虫(台湾洒灰蝶和铃斑翅夜蛾)的室内毒力测定及田间药效评价
Toxicity test and field efficacy of six insecticides against larvae of Satyrium formosanum and Serrodes compana on Sapindus mukorossi
【目的】 选取6种针对鳞翅目害虫的高效药剂对无患子(Sapindus mukorossi)2种主要害虫——台湾洒灰蝶(Satyrium formosanum)和铃斑翅夜蛾(Serrodes compana)3龄幼虫进行防治研究,为台湾洒灰蝶和铃斑翅夜蛾幼虫的田间防治提供参考依据。【方法】采用叶片浸渍法测定高效氯氟氰菊酯、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐(甲维盐)、虫螨腈、虱螨脲、苏云金和苦参碱6种药剂对台湾洒灰蝶和铃斑翅夜蛾3龄幼虫的室内毒杀效果,分别计算6种药剂的LC50值(半致死浓度);在福建省三明市建宁县无患子国家林木种质资源库试验区,采用田间喷雾法对台湾洒灰蝶和铃斑翅夜蛾进行田间药效评价,分析施药后1、3、7 d的虫口减退率和校正防效,比较不同药剂的防治效果。【结果】室内毒力测定表明:甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、高效氯氟氰菊酯对台湾洒灰蝶和铃斑翅夜蛾幼虫均具有较高毒力,LC50分别为0.003~0.007和0.030~3.735 mg/L,苦参碱对台湾洒灰蝶毒力较高,LC50为0.348 mg/L,而虫螨腈对这两种害虫的毒力最低,LC50为37.651~118.146 mg/L。田间试验结果表明:施药后第3天,甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和高效氯氟氰菊酯对这两种害虫的药效较好,均达90%以上;施药后第7天,苏云金杆菌、虱螨脲对台湾洒灰蝶幼虫的防效较好,超过90%,而虫螨腈和苦参碱的药效较差,防效仅为50%;苏云金杆菌和虫螨腈对铃斑翅夜蛾幼虫的防效较好,均在80%以上。【结论】建议甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和高效氯氟氰菊酯在生产中可作为针对台湾洒灰蝶和铃斑翅夜蛾的速效药剂使用,同时以苏云金杆菌、虱螨脲和虫螨腈作为复配或轮换药剂使用,避免产生抗药性。
【Objective】 To control two main pests of Sapindus mukorossi in Jianning County Fujian Province, namely Satyrium formosanum and Serrodes compana, we selected six highly effective insecticides against Lepidoptera pests’ to 3rd instar larvae. This study was intended to provide some reference basis for research on the control of these two pests. 【Method】The leaf-dipping method was employed to determine the indoor toxicity of lambda-cyhalothrin, emamectin benzoate, chlorfenapyr, lufenuron, Bacillus thuringiensis and matrine against the 3rd instar larvae of Satyrium formosanum and Serrodes compana. The LC50 (median lethal concentration) values of the six insecticides were determined. The field spray trial was conducted in Sapindus mukorossi National Forest Germplasm Repository Test Area, located in Jianning County, Sanming City, Fujian Province, to evaluate the field efficacy of Satyrium formosanum and Serrodes compana. The population decline rate and corrected control efficacy were analyzed on the 1st, 3rd and 7th day after treatment to compare the efficacy of the different insecticides.【Result】The indoor toxicity results showed that emamectin benzoate and lambda-cyhalothrin exhibited high toxicity to the larvae of Satyrium formosanum and Serrodes compana, with LC50 is 0.003-0.007 and 0.030-3.735 mg/L respectively. Matrine showed high toxicity to Satyrium formosanum, with LC50 is 0.348 mg/L. The toxicity of chlorfenapyr was the lowest against these two pests, with LC50 is 37.651-118.146 mg/L. The results of field trials showed that emamectin benzoate and lambda-cyhalothrin provided effective control of both pests, with efficacy exceeding 90% three days after application. After seven days, B. thuringiensis and lufenuron showed better control of Satyrium formosanum larvae, exceeding 90%, while chlorfenapyr and matrine exhibited poor control efficacy, only 50%. Against Serrodes compana larvae, both B. thuringiensis and chlorfenapyr demonstrated satisfactory control efficacy, exceeding 80%. 【Conclusion】Therefore, emamectin benzoate and lambda-cyhalothrin can be used as quick-acting insecticides against these two pests in production, and Bacillus thuringiensis, lufenuron and chlorfenapyr can be used as alternate or mixture partners to avoid insecticide resistance.
