Effects of landscape composition and configuration on ecosystem services of Baishanzu National Park
【目的】不同植被类型和结构在提供生态系统服务方面具有不同的特点和价值,这些服务对维持生态平衡和人类福祉至关重要。本研究旨在厘清不同森林类型和景观配置变化对生态系统服务的影响,明晰森林类型组成及结构变化引起的生态系统服务供给差异。【方法】以浙江省百山祖国家公园为例,选择InVEST和CASA模型量化2000—2020年的植被净初级生产力、生境质量、土壤保持和水源供给4种生态系统服务功能,并通过地理加权回归分析不同植被类型和森林景观配置对生态系统服务的空间异质性特征。【结果】研究期间,森林覆盖面积整体增加,但针叶林面积呈下降趋势;研究区中部的景观趋于集中化,而西部和北部的景观趋于破碎化。生态系统服务方面,水源供给、土壤保持和植被净初级生产力整体呈上升趋势,而生境质量则有所下降。【结论】森林景观组成及配置的变化对生态系统服务产生了不同的影响,其中针阔混交林面积的增加对净初级生产力有正向影响,而建设用地和裸地的增加则对水源供给和土壤保持产生了负向影响。这些发现可为优化区域生态管理和森林经营措施提供科学依据。
【Objective】Vegetation types and structural configurations exhibit distinct characteristics and values in delivering ecosystem services, which are critical for maintaining ecological balance and human well-being. This study aims to elucidate the impacts of forest type composition and landscape configuration changes on ecosystem services (ES), and to clarify the differences in ES provision caused by variations in forest community structure.【Method】Taking Baishanzu National Park in Zhejiang Province as a case study, we quantified four key ES functions—vegetation net primary productivity (NPP), habitat quality, soil retention, and water yield—from 2000 to 2020 using the integrated valuation of ecosystem services and tradeoffs (InVEST) and carnegie-ames-stanford approach (CASA) models. Spatial heterogeneity of ES influenced by vegetation types and forest landscape configurations were analyzed through geographically weighted regression (GWR).【Result】During the study period, total forest coverage increased, while the area of coniferous forests declined significantly. Landscape patterns exhibited central aggregation but fragmentation in western and northern regions. Three ES metrics—water yield, soil retention, and NPP—showed overall upward trends, whereas habitat quality deteriorated.【Conclusion】Changes in forest composition and configuration differentially affected ES: expansion of coniferous-broadleaved mixed forests positively influenced NPP, while increased construction land and bare land negatively impacted water yield and soil retention. These findings provide a scientific basis for optimizing regional ecological management and forest conservation strategies.
