Study on the change of land use in the Xuzhou city based on RS and GIS

摘要: 应用RS和GIS 技术对徐州市进行土地利用变化监测,对LANGSAT TM/ETM遥感图像进行处理和解译判读,获取反映徐州地区1987年和2006年两个时期土地利用结构变化数据。通过应用土地利用类型转移模型、土地利用动态度模型、土地利用程度综合指数模型及土地利用程度时空演变模型,对徐州地区5区2市3县20年的土地利用和覆盖变化进行了研究,并总结了这种空间演变的驱动力因素。研究表明:20年来徐州地区土地利用类型结构转化明显,其中裸地、耕地面积的减少和林地的增加是研究区总体特征; 林地面积的增加,使研究区域空间异质性增强,呈现独立板块增加的趋势和阶段性演化的特征。徐州地区土地利用和覆盖变化是自然条件、政策因素、经济因素、交通因素等多因素综合作用的结果,然而人类活动是这种变化的主导因子。

Abstract: Land use map of the year 1987 and the year 2006 was made through eye view processing and interpretation from TM/ETM+ remote sensing images in the Xuzhou city, and spatial variation data based on land use change was constructed. With the model of land use transition, model of dynamic degree of land use and synthetic model of land use index, laws, characteristics, process, trend and pattern of spatial change of land use in ten prefectures in the Xuzhou city were analyzed as well as their driving force. Result showed that within 20 years, outstanding transformation happened in land use type, of which the overall characteristics of transformation were reduction of cultivated land area and bare land, and increasing of forest area. Increased forest area strengthened the heterogeneity, which showed character of increasing tendency of independent patches and periodical evolution. The land use change and its evolution were a synthetic result of multi-factors’ interaction(natural, economical, policy and traffic).
