Developing of roadway test system of automobile ABS based on radar technology

摘要: 装备汽车防抱死制动系统(ABS)能够在危急情况下驾驶员需要紧急刹车时提供安全、有效的制动。ABS能让汽车即使在紧急制动的情况下也可保持稳定、可控。笔者通过ABS道路性能测试系统的开发来评价汽车制动性能,对雷达速度传感器、轮速传感器、陀螺仪、管路压力传感器、踏板力传感器、F/V(频率/电压)转换模块进行研究。在此基础上编写LabVIEW程序,进行场地实车制动试验,选取高附着系数下直线制动试验,并基于评价指标进行对比分析。结果表明,ABS道路性能测试系统及评价指标在实践中是可行的。

Abstract: In critical driving situations in which emergency braking is required, the antil-ock braking system(ABS)provides with a safe and effective support. ABS keeps the vehicle directionally stable and steerable, even in emergency braking situations. It is intended to establish the evaluation system to tune the performance of braking, and study the key points of the system such as test methods, performance evaluation, sensors and so on. Study on radar velocity sensor in depth, wheel speed sensor, gyroscope, pipe pressure sensor, pedal force sensor,F/V transforming module were carried out based on developing of an ABS roadway test system, and the LabVIEW program was programmed to guide the practical vehicle braking test.The test date of braking in the straight line was picked out for comparative analysis according to the different evaluation indicators. Analysis results showed that the ABS roadway test system and the evaluation indicators were feasible in practice.
