毛杨梅树皮原花色素对小鼠急性毒性及抗氧化性的影响

Acute toxicity of proanthocyanidins from Myrica esculenta Buch. Ham. bark on mice and its antioxidative properties

摘要: 探讨了毛杨梅树皮原花色素提取物的安全性,分析了毛杨梅树皮原花色素对小鼠的急性毒性以及在小鼠体内的抗氧化性能。结果表明:毛杨梅树皮原花色素提取物经口的LD50为5 g/kg。毛杨梅树皮原花色素给药后,小鼠血清内的过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著性增加(p<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量减少。小鼠肝内的CAT活力显著增加,MDA含量也有所增加,但是并没有显著性差异(p>0.05)。因此,毛杨梅树皮原花色素属于实际无毒物质,毛杨梅树皮原花色素提取物对小鼠机体具有一定的抗氧化作用。

Abstract: The security of proanthocyanidins extractive from Myrica esculenta Buch. Ham. was investigated by analyzing its acute toxicity and antioxidative properties in vivo to mice. The results showed that the LD50 of proanthocyanidins extractive from M. esculenta Buch. Ham. bark in mice was 5 g/kg, and the activities of catalase(CAT), superoxide dismutase(SOD)significant increased(p<0.05); the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)decreased in mice serum. In liver, the activities of CAT increased(p<0.05), the content of MDA increased but was not significant difference with control(p>0.05). Thus, during the acute oral toxicity, the extractive from M. esculenta Buch. Ham. bark did not reveal any toxic effects in ICR mice(data not shown)and have some antioxidative properties in vivo.
