蘑菇渣堆肥对油松移植容器苗生长和养分的影响

Effects of different mushroom slag compost on growth and nutrient accumulation of Pinus tabulaeformis containerized transplantings

摘要: 为探究蘑菇渣堆肥添加基质对油松移植容器苗生长和苗木质量的影响,筛选出适合油松移植容器苗的最佳轻基质配比组合,以油松(Pinus tabulaeformis)1年生移植容器苗为研究对象,采用完全随机设计,选用蘑菇渣堆肥、珍珠岩、草炭为基质原材料,设置8种基质配方,在维持珍珠岩比例不变的情况下,以逐渐增加蘑菇渣堆肥比例的方式替代草炭,研究添加不同比例的蘑菇渣堆肥对油松移植容器苗生长和养分积累的影响。结果表明:蘑菇渣堆肥代替草炭进行油松移植容器苗培育是完全可行的,当蘑菇渣堆肥添加体积比例≤40%时,苗木在成活率、苗高、地径以及生物量等指标上与常用草炭处理无显著差异,且苗木体内部分养分含量显著高于对照,基质理化性质处于育苗合适范围内,苗木质量相对较高; 而当蘑菇渣堆肥比例≥50%时,基质pH由微酸性变为碱性,苗木质量下降。因此在此试验条件下,培育油松移植容器苗推荐最佳基质配方为:35%草炭+25%珍珠岩+40%蘑菇渣堆肥。

Abstract: An experiment was conducted to study the growth responses of Pinus tabulaeformis containerized transplanting through keeping the proportion of perlite powder unchanged, and gradually increasing the proportion of mushroom compost from 0% to 75%, and replacing grass carbon. Eight kinds of media formula were designed in this study. The results showed that it was feasible to use mushroom slag compost as the culture matrix of P. tabulaeformis containerized transplanting. When the proportion of mushroom compost in the mediums reached 40%, the height, diameter, root biomass, shoot biomass and foliar biomass all exhibited no changes if compared with the common peat pressing, while nutrient content was significantly higher than that in the common peat processing. The physical and EC of the treatments were suitable to the growth of P. tabulaeformis .When mushroom compost proportion was ≥50%,the pH value was changed to alkaline from slightly acidic. The elevated matrix pH values may be the main factor leading to decline in the quality of seedlings. Therefore, under this experimental condition, the optimum matrix formula used to develop P. tabulaeformis containerized transplanting is 35% peat, 25% perlite and 40% spent mushroom compost.
