基于可达性的城市公园选址及布局优化研究

Location and layout optimization of urban parks based on accessibility

摘要: 【目的】度量城市公园可达性,并根据可达性的分布结合众多现实因素科学地选址建园,优化城市公园的分布格局。【方法】借助地理信息系统(GIS)平台的网络分析模型,以江苏高邮市城区为研究区域,计算城市公园的可达性,并从可达面积和可达人口两个层面进行评价。基于公园可达性的特点和人口的空间分布,结合城市水网格局、城中村改造等因素进行选址建园研究。【结果】高邮市城区公园可达性不够理想,公园的布局极其不均衡,城北片区的北侧、城东片区与城中片区的交界处以及城南片区的北侧对公园的需求最大。需要依据高邮市水网特色格局与公园的需求度在沿河两侧区域选址建园,构建“水绿交融”的公园系统。【结论】通过定量数据辅助定性分析的数字景观技术,在公园选址布局研究中兼具人性化和科学性,更能迎合居民的需求。

Abstract: 【Objective】The accessibility of urban parks was measured on the basis of the distribution of accessibility and other realistic factors to locate the park and optimize the distribution of urban parks scientifically.【Method】On the basis of GIS network analyst techniques, Gaoyou City were used as a sample to calculate the accessibility of urban parks and evaluate accessible areas and populations from two aspects. The park site was selected on the basis of the distribution of park accessibility in combination with the distribution of population and spatial pattern of the urban river network.【Result】The park accessibility of Gaoyou City is not ideal, and the layout of the park is extremely uneven.The largest demand for parks is north of the Chengbei Area, the junction of the Chengdong and Chengzhong Areas, and north of the Chengnan Area. According to the natural characteristic of Gaoyou City and demand for parks, a new urban park should be constructed near the river area and the park system for “city river merge with green space” should be built.【Conclusion】Through assisting the quantitative data to the qualitative analysis, the use of digital technology was more humanized and scientific in the park location study and can better meet the needs of the residents.
