樱花新品种‘龙韵’
Cerasus conradinae ‘Longyun’: a new cherry blossom cultivar
樱花新品种‘龙韵’是以安徽省金寨县全军乡的1株华中樱桃(Cerasus conradinae)的变异植株为接穗通过嫁接繁育而成。2018年3月,嫁接繁殖苗木200株。通过观察对比,嫁接苗性状表现一致、稳定。2019年正式定名为华中樱桃新品种‘龙韵’(植物新品种权号:20190192)。该品种花单瓣,5枚,深粉色,椭圆形,长1.2~1.5 cm,宽0.58~0.74 cm;花柱无毛,比雄蕊短或稍长;核果卵球形,花期在3月中上旬,果期4—5月。该品种具有花色深粉、花瓣开展、花径大、花量多而密集、树形开张且花期高度一致等特点;喜光,耐干旱瘠薄,喜酸性至微酸性土,适应性强,宜庭院、公园、道路等景观绿化应用,在亚热带及部分暖温带地区均可栽培。
The new oriental cherry blossom cultivar ‘Longyun’ is a mutant plant of Cerasus conradinae from Quanjun, Jinzhai County, Anhui Province, China. In March 2018, 200 seedlings were grafted asexually. Through the observation and comparison, the traits of grafted seedlings are consistent and stable. In 2019, it was officially named the new Cerasus conradinae cultivar ‘Longyun’ (the new plant variety right number: 20190192). The flower of this variety is single, five pieces, dark pink, oval, 1.2-1.5 cm long, 0.58-0.74 cm wide; the style is glabrous, shorter or slightly longer than stamens; drupe ovoid, flowering in mid-to-early March, fruit period from April to May. In attition, it possesses a deep pink flower color, open petals, a large flower diameter, large and dense flower volume, open tree shape and consistent flowering period. Moreover, it is light-loving, drought-resistant and barren, and likes acid to slightly acid soil, and has strong adaptability. It is suitable for gardens, parks, roads and other landscape for greening applications. It can also be cultivated in subtropical and some warm temperate regions.
