带锯机锯条的张紧力及其许用应力

摘要: <正>研究带锯机锯条的张紧力对提高锯材质量,锯机的生产率以及改进带锯机的结构都有其重要的意义。 作者对目前国内几家主要的木工机械厂所生产的不同结构的带锯机锯条张紧力进行了测算,并绘出了相应的T—W图。 以T—W图为依据,计算了不同结构带锯机的锯条弯曲疲劳安全系数,其平均值为2.28。 以弯曲疲劳安全系数为依据,结合国产锯条的机械性能,推算出带锯条的许用张紧应力(口r)及许用张紧力T。 按照上述二式,绘出了许用张紧应力图及许用张紧力图,提供给生产及科研单位参考。

Abstract: It is of great importance to study the bandmill tension of the saw blade in improving lumber quality, increasing productive capacity and improving construction of the bandmill.The author has put to tension test the saw blades of bandmills of various constructions Produced recently by the leading woodworking machine plants in the country, and thereby drew proper T-W diagrams. On the basis of the T-W diagrams, safety banding fatigue factors of the saw blades of these bandmills have been calculated. Their average value is 2. 28.On the basis of safety banding fatigue factors and by investigating into the mechanical properties of these saw blades, their tension stress [σT] and tension T have been calculated as follows:According to these two formulas, diagrams of allowable tension stress and allowable tension have been drawn, which can serve as a reference for production and scientific research units.
