<正>要制得光滑厚度均匀的单板,必须正确地控制和调节旋刀后角的变化。现有文献没有指出其变化的根本规律,所介绍的公式实际应用困难。对现有两大类刀床(三种刀床)结构进行了分析,认为后角变化基本规律是α=f(H)。并提出了调节后角的简易方法,即分步计算调节法:首先确定机床后角变化常数确定和调节辅助滑道的倾斜角;调节B点位置到予定位置。

If we want to manufacture smooth and evenly thick veneers, we must properly control and adjust the back angle of the lathe knife. In the existing technological literature available, no basic rules are pointed out and the related formulae offered are very difficult to be put to use. We analysed two kinds of knife carriages (three types) and found the basic rule concerning the effect of the changes of the back angle of the knife to be a = f(H). A simple method for adjusting the back angle of the knife, ie. the step by step measuring and regulating, has been devised. First, theconstant of the change of the back angle of the knife is to be determined; Then, the oblique angle of the second guide is to be determined and adjusted; Finally, adjust the situation of B to the designed destination.
