<正>本文探讨了木材糖类的薄层色谱法,摸索了定性的最佳条件,并用几种方法定量进行比较。试验结果表明:薄层层析是一种简单、快速的糖类定性方法。利用CS一910薄层扫描仪可以快速而准确地定量,误差在2％以下。用721分光光度计采用洗脱比色法定量,误差在5—15％。目测法简单易行,可作半定量法。

This paper deals with the thin layer chromatography in the qualitative analysis of wood carbohydrate and its optimum conditions. Several methods of quantification have been compared, the results of which show that the thin layer chromatography is a simple, quick method for determining the carbohydrate quality; by using the CS-910 thin layer chromatography scanner, quantification can be done fast and accurately, with an error below 2 %; if the elusory colorimetric method is used with the 721 spectrophotometer for quantification, the error will be 5-15%; and the visual estimation is a simple and easy method to be applied, but to the semi-quantification only.
