摘要: <正>选择适宜的带锯轮转速(切削速度),对提高锯机产量、锯材质量以及降低锯材单位面积上的电能消耗都有密切的关系。 作者在不同转速(切削速度)的带锯机上对锯材表面粗糙度、加工误差以及锯材单位面积上的电能消耗进行了测定。据此分析并推算了锯割马尾松材适宜的锯轮转速(切削速度)以及不同切削速度的进料速度和切削高度的临界值。

Abstract: The selection of appropriate speed of rotation of the band saw wheel is closely related to the increase in production and the improvement in quality of lumber and to the decrease of electricity consumption.The author measured the degrees of roughness of the lumber surfaces, cutting errors and the electricity consumption per unit area of lumber resulted from various speeds of rotation of the band saw and accordingly calculated the proper rotational speed of the band saw wheel, the feeding speed and the sawing high critical value, which may serve as a reference to units of production and scientific research.
