摘要: <正> 目前噪声已形成为一种社会公害。研究和控制噪声是环境保护的一项重要内容。 中华人民共和国卫生部、国家劳动总局颁发的《工业企业噪声卫生标准(试行草案)》规定,“工业企业的生产车间和作业场所的工作地点的噪声标准为85分贝(A),现有工业企业经过努力暂时达不到标准时,可适当放宽,但不得超过90分贝(A)”。对于木材加工行业来说,为了贯彻上述标准,就需要了解现有的木材加工车间的噪声状况,而木材加工车间的主要声源是各种类型的木工机床。

Abstract: In order to understand the noise level and peculiarities of the present woodworking machines, noises made by three major general purpose woodworking machines, i, e., saws, planing machines, shapers and tenoner were measured. Meanwhile, frequency spectrum analyses of noises from some of these machines were also made. According to the results measured, analyses of noise source, noise frequency peculiarity, directionality and the major factors influencing noises have been made, thus providing a reference to controlling and abating the noise of woodworking machines.
