马尾松松香结晶趋势与树脂酸组成的关系

摘要: <正>本文研究了我国马尾松松香结晶趋势较大的原因、结晶趋势与树种、树脂酸组成之间的关系以及抑制松香结晶趋势的方法。试验采用改变松香中某种树脂酸含量的方法进行。结晶趋势测定采用国际通用的Palkin和Smith法(松香:丙酮=1:1)。 试验得到下列结果: 1.马尾松松脂和松香中均含有较高的枞酸型树脂酸(70%以上),导致松香具有较高的结晶趋势。 2.改变马尾松松香组成中海松酸型酸、脱氢枞酸的含量对减小其结晶趋势无明显的作用。对松香结晶趋势起重要作用的是枞酸型树脂酸中的长叶松酸与枞酸的含量。 3.马尾松松脂(60%)与湿地松松脂(40%)混炼或马尾松松香与适量(40%,以松香计)湿地松松香混合,混合松香具有良好的结晶趋势指标,析出结晶的时间约2小时,其组成中长叶松酸与枞酸的含量比在1:1.10—1.40范围内。 4.江西吉安湿地松松香具有较小的结晶趋势,析出晶体时间约2小时。但如加入纯枞酸使其量为松香量的30%以上时,其结晶趋势即行恶化,在15分钟内即析出树脂酸晶体。

Abstract: This paper deals with the causes of the high crystallizing tendency of the rosin from Finus mossoniana; the relationships between the crystallizing tendency, the pine species and the resin acid composition; and the method of inhibiting the crystallizing tendency of rosin. The experiments concerned were carried out in a series of changes of the contents of certain resin acids of rosin. The crystallizing tendency of rosin was determined by the Palkin-Smith’s method (rosin: acetone = 1:1) which is internationally commonly used. Results of the study can be summed up as follows:1 . Both the oleoresin and rosin from Pinus mossoniana have high contents of abietic-type resin acids (over 70%) which lead to high crystallizing tendency of rosin.2. Changes in the contents of pimaric-type resin acids and dehydroabietic acid in the rosin of Pinus mossoniana do not make any apparent effect in the decrease of the crystallizing tendency of rosin, whereas the contents of palustric acid and abietic acid do play an important role in decreasing the crystallizing tendency of rosin.3 . When the mixed oleoresin of Pinus mossoniana (60%) and Pinus elliotti (40%) was processed, or when the rosin from p. mossoniana and that from p. elliotti were mixed, both mixed rosins had a good index of crystallizing tendency. The time for the first appearance of crystals was about 2 hours thereafter. Analyses of the contents of palustric acid and abietic acid in the mixed rosin showeed: that their con-tent ratio was in the range of 1:1.10-1.40- : -4 . The rosin from P. elliotti produced in Jian, Jiangxi showed lower crystallizing tendency; the time it took to crystallize was over 2 hours. When pure abietic acid was added to it by over 30% of the volume of the rosin, its crystallizing tend-_ency deteriorated, and crystals of resin acids appear within 15 minutes.
