论马尾松板材的高温干燥

摘要: <正>对5厘米厚的马尾松板材进行了3次高温干燥试验,制定了新的干燥基准。新基准较之原基准的预热时间缩短了1个多小时,干燥阶段的平均温度提高了3℃。试验结果表明,干燥速度略有提高,干燥质量也能得到保证。本文还探讨了马尾松成材的高温干燥机理。 马尾松(Pinus Massoniana,Lamb)是我国南方的一种主要用材树种。但是,马尾松由于其生材含水率高,若不在制材以后立即经过干燥处理,则其木材将因虫蛀、腐朽而降等,用湿材制成的物品,往往严重变形甚至不堪使用。在适于干燥大批量马尾松板材的窑干方法中有常规干燥法、高温干燥法和常压过热蒸汽干燥法。对5厘米厚的马尾松成材来说,高温干燥法和过热蒸汽干燥法的干燥速度要比常规窑干法提高二倍或更多,而且在质量上,除个别力学指标降低外,均有所提高。因此,研究马尾松木材的高温干燥和过热蒸汽干燥对解决马尾松木材的干燥问题具有很大的意义。南京林产工业学院木材干燥实验室对马尾松木材的过热蒸汽干燥已进行了一系列的研究。本研究对5厘米厚的马尾松成材作了进一步的高温干燥试验,制定了新的干燥基准,并对马尾松木材的高温干燥机理进行了理论上的讨论。

Abstract: Tests of high temperature drying of Pinus Massoniana boards with 5 cm thickness have been made and a new schedule for drying has been worked out. Compared with the old schedule, the preheating time in the new schedule has shortened by more than one hour and the temperatures in the new schedule during the whole drying period have raised by 3℃ on the average. Test results show that with this new schedule, rate of drying has been raised and good quality of drying ensured. Moreover, discussions have also been made on the mechanism of high temperature drying of Pinus Massoniana wood in general.
