摘要
<正>带锯机是制材的主要设备。带锯条是带锯机的切削刀具。带锯条被张紧在锯轮上,随着锯轮的转动作高速回转运动,承受交变应力,其线速度达30—40米/秒。由于齿型截面形状的变化,导致应力集中,使齿仓处圆弧段和直线段交点处附近常常出现“龟裂”(见图1)。其延伸,扩展的结果,就会发生带锯条突然断裂,出现“放炮”现象。因此,研究齿仓处的应力集中系数和应力沿齿仓周边的分布规律,确定应力集中点的位置和给出应力集中系数的数值,这对提高带锯机的生产效率和锯材质量以及最佳齿型的选择有着现实的意义。
Abstract
This paper deals with the factors in stress concentration measured by photoelas-tic method and the laws of stress distribution round tooth gullets of saw-blades under the actions of quiescent tensile force, cutting force and feeding force, which can serve as an important reference for calculating the bending fatique of the saw-blade and improving the tooth style.
