木材齿榫接合的条件与强度

摘要: <正>齿榫接合是木材纵向接长的一种有效方法。作者以当前生产中采用的一种齿形,对落叶松材齿榫的接合条件进行了正交试验。试验表明:落叶松材的齿榫接合采用脲醛胶的效果较好;端向压力应尽可能大些,一般宜用30公斤/厘米~2左右;齿榫接合部分的受载方向对静曲强度影响不大。垂直方向受载稍优于水平方向受载。齿榫接合材的静曲强度可达对照试材静曲强度值的86%。试验中还测定了齿榫接合材的静曲弹性模量值。

Abstract: Finger joining has been proved an effective method for extending timber length. The authors of this article made cross experiments on the present-day commonly applied type of finger joint, using eastern larch (Larix larcina). The experiments showed that the urea-resin adhesive produced a better effect; a bigger pressure from both ends was preferable, generally about 30kg/cm2; loading directions of the finger joint did not significantly affect the static bending strength with the vertical direction loading being a little preferable than the horizontal. The value of the static bending strength of the joint could be as high as 86% of that of the control specimen of normal wood. The value of the elastic modulus of the static bending of the joint was also determined.
