摘要
<正>复合胶合板是一种以单板为表层材料、定向刨花为芯层材料的新型结构胶合板,它在制造工艺流程中的热压工艺参数(温度、时间、压力、含水率等)的合理匹配,对产品的质量及生产率有着深远的影响。为此,作者用电子计算机对其主要工艺参数的实验数据进行优化设计,从而获得最佳结论。
Abstract
Compound plywood is a new kind of wooden board. Hot pressing is an extremely important process in the manufacturing of compound plywood. For the compound plywood to be made from I-69 Poplar, appropriate parameters of temperature and time in hot pressing will make the product attain its best properties, i. e, make its resistance to stress result in the highest value in each dimension. In order to obtain the optimum values of the parameters for hot pressing, mathematical models are formulated and problems in the models are solved by means of electronic computers and theories of optimization.
