摘要: <正>木试件的远红外干燥模拟试验表明,木材表层由于吸收辐射热,水分蒸发强烈,使W_表-W_平差值减小,降低了水分通过木材表面向临近空气层的蒸发强度;加热后期辐照面的脱水作用不及非辐照面。因此作者认为,远红外干燥厚木材是不合理的。

Abstract: Since the inside temperature is higher and moisture lower, the temperature gradient and moisture gradient arc opposite, which is disadvantageous to moisture transfer from the inside to the outside of the wood. Due to the absorption byinfrared radiation at wood surface, the evaporation rate is great. As a result, the difference of ws - Wb diminished and the evaporation strength through wood surface into the nearest air is reduced. After heating, the evaporation of the radiated side is not so great as the unradiated side. Therefore, we come to the conclusion that drying wood by far infrared radiation is not rational.
