摘要
<正>以往总是把尺寸误差(线性误差)的大小定为锯材的质量标准。多年来企业为减少锯材的尺寸误差,重点改进了跑车的摇尺装置,以提高摇尺精度,从而使锯材的尺寸误差有不同程度的减少。但是仅仅用尺寸误差的大小来衡量锯材质量的优劣是不够的。根据国外的介绍,锯材的精度标准应包括:尺寸精度、表面粗糙度及表面形状和位置精度(简称形位精度)。国内锯材形位误差的一种常见形式是锯材表面的不直(度),呈曲线状,工厂俗称“走线”。 由于锯材的“走线”,使它在木制品厂的再加工中,有许多木材被刨、铣掉,损失颇大。
Abstract
Form and position errors of saw-lumber have been paid little attention to in our country so far.Taking into account of the characteristics of the logs and equipment in our country, the author made a survey of the form and position errors in lumber sawed by various kinds of band saw machines and found that:1. The form and position errors of lumber are far more loss-making than its dimension errors;2. Among the position errors, those of straightness of the line is most seriouS;3. The factors affecting the form and position errors are various.Based on what are mentioned above, the author suggests some technical-measures which can be adopted to eliminate form and position errors in saw-lumber.
