摘要: <正>判别分析是用于分类和预报的数学方法,它广泛应用于生物学研究中,如确立分类系统后的动植物分类、土壤层次的判别等。特别是今后的生态系统分类问题,涉及的变量十分复杂,因素众多;因此,判别分析方法更有其不可替代的优点,尤其是新近发展起来的逐步算法,必将日益受到重视。 一、基本思想 (一)Bayes判别原理 设有L个总体G_1,…,G_l分别具有m维密度,P_1(x),…,P_l(x),又D_1,…,D_l是I维空间R_m的一种划分判别规则采用 x∈G_i,如果x落入D_i(i=1,2,…l),L(i,j)表示样品来自G_i而误判为G_j的损失,误判概率为:

Abstract: Discr imination analysis is a mathematical method for classification and discrimination which is widely used in biological researches. However, reports about its calculation and program have rarely been published. This paper discusses the basic principle, mathematical expression and calculating technique of the discrimination analysis. The program of the stepwise discrimination analysis was worked out in BASIC, based on Bayes criterion. It worked well on APPLE -I computer and might provide a useful means for scientific workers.
