摘要
<正>本文对外圆磨床砂轮架结构进行了振动分析,比较了实模态和复模态的分析情况。结果发现,对于少自由度系统来说,两者相差不多。由于实模态分析比复模态简单得多,因此对于少自由度系统,用实模态分析已可。
Abstract
Vibrations of the wheel head of a universal cylindrical grinding machine was analysed and the results obtained by two methods - the method of real-mode analysis and that of complex-mode analysis were compared. The analyses show that for systems of few-degrees-of-freedom, there is little difference between the results of the above two methods. Since the real-mode analysis method is much simpler than the complex-mode analysis method, it is preferable to use the real-mode analysis method for systems of few-degrees-of-freedom.
