黑杨派无性系对杨树褐斑病抗性比较

摘要: <正>本文就黑杨派六个现代无性系在感染褐斑病时的抗病性进行了观察;比较了各无性系在病程中多酚氧化酶(ppo)、过氧化物酶(po)活性变化;po同功酶谱的差异。结果表明:63杨、69杨、72杨属于高度抗病的无性系;加龙杨较感病;214杨,P_(15A)杨则严重感病。抗病的无性系无论在发病前还是发病后ppo活性都高于感病的无性系发病初期供试的六个无性系ppo活性都有所提高。发病后,感病无性系的po活性明显地高于抗病无性系。感病无性系的po同功酶谱带数比抗病无性系多,感病没有改变同功酶谱。

Abstract: Resistance of six modern clones of the Aigeiros populars to Marssonina populi has been investigated and their biochemical changes in the course of disease, including the activities of polyphenasc (PPO) and peroxidase (PO), and the variations of PO isozymes have been compared. Test results revealed that I-63, I-69 and I-72 were resistant, "blome de garonne" was susceptible, I-214 and P15A were mast susceptible. In the course of disease the activities of PPO in resistant colnes were higher than in susceptible ones. During the initial stage of infection, the activities of PPO in all clones increased. The activity of PO in the infected susceptible clones were higher than in the resistant ones. There were more PO isozyme bands in the suseeptible clones than in the resistantones.
