摘要
<正>本文主要是用二次回归旋转设计的方法,来研究意大利速生杨复合定向刨花板的热压工艺条件及其物理力学性能、板子厚度方向上密度分布的关系,并得出了实验室条件下的最佳热压工艺条件。另外,对断面密度分布与板子强度之间的关系、复合定向刨花板结构也作了研究。
Abstract
This paper mainly deals with the relationship between the hot-pressing technics of oriented strand composite plywood (OSCP) made of Italian fast-growing poplar, and its mechanical properties and density gradient by means of the rotary design of quadratic regression, so that the best hot-pressing characters requirements can be met in a laboratory. The relationship between the density gradient and the strength of OSCP, and the structure of OSCP are also discussed.
