摘要

<正>本文研究了黑杨派新无性系生根性状的遗传变异。研究表明,Ⅰ-69杨×小叶杨和Ⅰ-69杨×欧洲黑杨F_1无性系在最早生根时间、主根数、主根总长度和侧根数等方面均存在极显著差异。生根力的广义遗传力在水培后各时期变化不大,表明生根力对环境条件是不敏感的。对主根总长度的动态变化用指数曲线加以逼近,准确地判明各基因型的生根特点。

Abstract

This paper analysed genetic variation of rooting characters in the new clones of the Aigeiros section. The results indicated that there are highly significant differences in the earliest date of rooting, number of main roots, sum of the lengths of main roots and number of lateral roots in 1-69 poplar × Simon poplar F1 clones and 1-69 poplar × Nigra poplar F1 clones. No great changes took place in heritabilities of rooting ability at varying dates after water culture, which indicated that the rooting ability of these clones was not sensitive to environmental conditions. The dynamic changes of sum of the length of main roots was approached by index curve, which could distinguish the rooting characteristics of various genotypes.
